    Somehow I missed the fact that this film had been covered here in the past. Sorry about that. I was thinking that I would then reveal the answer,but have now decided to leave it in as no one has yet been able to answer it.

    I have it, but it involved some fancy image searching.  Good clue. Hopefully it triggers something for someone else.

    An excellent answer given without any clues required to assist. Rhonda Fleming is seen below with John Payne and a reclining Arlene Dahl appearing in the background. The film being Slightly Scarlet from 1956.
