Image 454 I had thought would have been easy enough to identify. A clue is original 1940's version.

Somehow I missed the fact that this film had been covered here in the past. Sorry about that. I was thinking that I would then reveal the answer,but have now decided to leave it in as no one has yet been able to answer it.

I have it, but it involved some fancy image searching.  Good clue. Hopefully it triggers something for someone else.

O.k. then, the answer for 454 I will now reveal it to be that of Jean Simmons, as seen below with Donald Houston in The Blue Lagoon from 1949.
