That's not Ted....he's way better looking than that monkey.
"We cringe when people reference apes as monkeys. Although both groups
fall into the taxonomic order of primates, there are more differences
than similarities between monkeys and apes. The most obvious
morphological difference is that monkeys have tails and apes do not. But
from an intellectual standpoint, the differences are substantial…not to
say that monkeys are not intelligent, but apes are, by comparison,
super intelligent. Apes rely more on vision than scent for survival.
Apes create tools and are capable of learning and using language. They
are complex problem solvers."
Hey Big Ted. Nice of you to pop back, it's been a while, what have you been up to.
Hello David! Lost track of time -- what? the last 2 years? Been trucking all over northern New York State like a madman. No more of that nonsense.
So, I got outta the truck and moved back into the woods where I intend to get back into art appreciation (and creation). Still in the process of unpacking, but here's a pic of my new digs for the next year. Hopefully, I can find something bigger and even more secluded by then.>
I've belatedly realised that I can be a member of more than one forum and it's good to see there are some familiar faces here. I seem to have earnt 10 points by joining - not sure if these are redeemable for a gift - but am struggling with my avatar. Can someone rotate it 90 degrees please?
Welcome Mark! I'm sure others might be able to help you with the avatar. I had to upload mine on photobucket and do the "editing" from there in order to make it work. But no idea if that would work with yours.

Almost as nice as the green is the silence.
Only noise I hear are songbirds by day and owls by night.
As a matter of fact...
Ted does selfies...

Welcome, Mark!
Seems I've seen that avatar before...as for the image rotation, I've had the same issue...almost got sued for sprained necks among the members!...

See you found your way down under to Hanging Rock in time for the picnic.
