How about "Stars and Stripes Forever" (1953)
-
C461 - first thought was Around the World in 80 Days....but the sandbags are wrong.
So, how about The Wizard of Oz - 1939?

And done without a Google image search too!

C459 - The Man Who Fell to Earth (1976). Took a while but found it after your last clue about the male singer.

C459 - Waterworld? (1995)

Eureka!
-
I'm enjoying this....

(Quote) ...and it's not actually a film I've seen.

I'll answer later today if no one gets it.

Supposedly this company owns copyright in the films, there are contact details here you may want to pursue. https://www.cinesoundmovietone.com.au/

I just worked out C457 too, but will leave it to someone else to answer. My first (incorrect thought) was The Piano (1993), but I knew that wasn't quite right. The correct answer just came to me!

That railing was bugging me, I knew I'd seen it somewhere before.

Is C458 Hercule Poirot relaxing in Death on the Nile (1978)?

Touch of Evil is an apt description of the artwork in my opinion!
-
C451 - It's one I actually know! The Day of the Locust (1975)
-
I'm looking forward to it.
-
Well spotted!
-
Looking forward to that, it's certainly a mystery!

-
When was it rated NRC? I thought it was only an R or MA15+?

(Quote) Perhaps that's why there aren't many copies around?
-
Quite possibly, but a bit cheeky to label it as M wasn't it?

There are so many errors with printings of Australian daybills that it really doesn't surprise me. Just found this NZ version from the Film Poster Gallery - 70s/80s re-release daybill.
It mentions that "the original rating has been delete… -
(Quote) Yes, unlikely, but the M could have been printed on later, doesn't look like it's integrated into the design at all. Might have been one of those pesky NZ blank classification daybills that was repurposed.
-
The Good, The Bad & The Ugly seems to be rated MA15+ nowadays so was probably re-rated M at some point.
