C12 - could that just as easily be in a Westerns Quiz? is it The Three Amigos (1986)
It is indeed Three Amigos. Your mention of the short lived Western. Quiz which I had high hopes for was sadly only in play for less than a month in September 2015 due to no interest.. I have since on the odd occasion in the past included a western film title in the Classic Films Quiz thread, and I do intend in the future to continue to do this.
It didn't play in Melbourne, Sydney audiences failed to show up so it closed early before touring, which is a shame because it's a lot of fun. It would have done better if it had opened in Melbourne first.
This subject is interesting because of the crossovers with comedy and other genres like sci fi or horror or westerns. I'll need to pay more attention and think outside the box.
Thanks Peter for posting and correcting the situation regarding the non appearance of the musical in Melbourne. Unfortunately I gained the incorrect information from a website appearing on Google. Another example of where you cannot believe everything you locate on Google. I should have checked more than one website regarding the Australian playdates. ''Back To The Future: The Musical played its Australian premiere season at the Sydney Lyric Theatre from September 2025 until it closed early on January 25, 2026. Planned seasons for Melbourne and a nation tour were cancelled due to rising operating costs and soft ticket sales"(AussieTheatre.com)

Is C14 Where’s Poppa? (1970) - Ruth Gordon is the Harold and Maude connection!
Correct and well worked out. Ruth Gordon seen below with the gorilla in the extended image.
I thought that the following information on Ruth Gordon would be of interest. There was a 1953 MGM film titled The Actress which was based on Ruth Gotdon's autobiographical play Years Ago that dealt with her stage desires at the age of fifteen in 1911. Jean Simmons played Ruth in the film at the age in real life of twenty four.
A younger image of Ruth Gordon, and an Australian daybill of The Actrress.

Well observed.

Adapted to being a stage musical premiering in London in 2020. It has played in Melbourne and Sydney Australia in Melbourn since then.

Something a little different this time around.
Is C14 The Incredible Shrinking Woman (1981)?
Peter
Unfortunately it isn't the correct film answer either. Again a good guess though.
A clue for both C14 and C15 is black comedy.
