  • So their "expert" COULD have spent 60 seconds and done a google search and found his answer, but even that was too much for him to do.

    True experts don't go on shows like these. They are too busy actually selling or auctioning things. They end up with publicity seekers who love seeing themselves on TV. But most of them have sense enough to either do a little research first (think the guys on Pawn Stars) or call a real expert.

    Thank God they show these people the stuff in advance. If not, at least half the time the people would have to say "I haven't the faintest idea".

  • The appraiser really knows about silk and marihuana.
    He uses silks to roll some joints, smokes them and then just throws whatever shit price comes to his mind
