  • Everyone should have at least one Disney up in their house. Well done!
  • Thanks, I've come to find out that original year release pieces are a tad pricey! A LC in the $300's and a OS in the $6,000! Great images though! Mine is clean, bright & will look good when framed with a good mat.
  • Rear Window re-release lobby card..I botched up the tape removal on the back. Might have not applied enough Un-Du or should have applied several times, tape removed with some paper loss too...

  • Nice card Sven! It's in great shape! What image storage are you using? I tried to attach a url link & it took me back to my entire photo bucket acct-didn't want that, just the direct image...
  • Thanks Mark! I really like the 're release LCs for rear window...would love the fotobusta equivalent.
I'm using Google drive ... Glad it a not just me having drama posting hosted images!
  • I botched up one today too

Sounds like you had it far worse than I...you did a pretty good job mate given that!
I just had two bits of brown tape on the back!
U going door to door lifting people lino ? any good finds!?
  • Me? Local PC? I was using a Mac & photobucket-just downloaded Google drive for my iPad mini-can't get that to work now...We'll see when I can post another image...at least I can upload an image for the avatar...

Ah gotcha... I think it allows you to attach an image from your local drive, I'm assuming it saves it to the local forum database, but not sure if we're allowed to do this as we might quickly fill the capacity.. Avatar...yep that's a start!! :)

Is it my eyes or is there some ghosting on the lino? trying to decipher the mirrored text...INTERESTING! :)

I think this is a photobucket thing... It has been like this on all linked images... My suggestion is to make your photobucket private so that they can't browse you images.
  • Doh! Thanks, will try that.

This is a good assumption.  I think David, Matt and I need to get together and decide whether we can allow image uploading.  I am not sure what capacity we have.  Most forums do not allow uploading as their storage is at capacity pretty quick (even avatars)...  More on this later...
  • If I had a dollar for every "r' I've left off of "your", I be a rich man...
  • Maybe I should start a company called Lino-lifters.

I wasn't too concerned about paper loss as the daybill has plenty of other issues, fading, dirt, tape marks chips and dings. It's off to Dario sooner or later.

I rushed it, a soak in a bath would of been the best option but I wanted to get it off the cardboard first. It was glued.
  • Oops! i'll figure out how to link my images-uploading is so easy.
