  • Yeah, even in the US stone thickness is in metric. I guess it is because it all comes from metric based countries...

    I can give your posters a CC treatment without a kitchen... I can just wash them on the driveway and use Elmer's...

  • Well while David was starting the next eBay, I got my backsplash done... And appliances are in the kitchen at least (fridge is in).

  • Let the countdown begin until final reveal!!!

    Kitchen Punch List:

    • Order/Install second microwave (first one was to deep)
    • Build and paint bread box - install trim
    • Install Trim around vent hood
    • Install quarter round trim on toe kick
    • Install 7 more handles/knobs out of 32...
    • Caulk all cabinet/wall cracks
    • Caulk all Marble/wall cracks
    • Install two doors
    • Install Casing/trim on two doors and one opening
    • Install Window casing and trim
    • Hang two chandeliers
    • Seal grout on backsplash
    • Install Wall baseboards and 1/4 round...
    • Paint all trim, doors, etc...
    • Adjust all cabinets and doors for alignment.
    That's it!

    Over Christmas break - Linenbacking Room...
  • Add finish that bottle of wine  ^:)^.  Most impressive.  Looks like it will be a terrific place to shake the pots and pans.

    • Do you have enough knives?
    • Is that a fax machine or a pasta maker on the bench (other end of the knives)
    • The pattern the chandelier's make on the ceiling is eery/cool
    • You put the electric switches upside down.

    Knives:  One good set and the other block for misc...
    Fax Machine: Is a food vacuum sealer...
    Pattern: Is Awesome...
    Switches:  Ground down for regular and ground up for GFCI in the US...

    Wife very happy!!!
