I have every daybill from 1941-1979 ... pre 40's so hard to find , but come along from time to time . apparently there is a collector in Victoria that has a few long daybill's on the Duke, Greg Chilvers sold him a few, does anyone know who this might be.
There is an anonymous sort of guy down in Melb who collects stuff from the 1930s & '40s. He was at the Bill Collins auctions in the 1990s & bought some good paper including early Frankenstein series daybills. He has Marx Bros & others but I don't recall if JW was on his list.
He told me he was one of the first 200 people in Oz to register on ebay. Apparently they sent out a commemorative t-shirt at some point. 10th anniversary maybe?
Bad new if it's him, though. He never sells. I asked about the Frankenstein daybills & he said they were still packed away and he hadn't even looked at them in 15 years!

Did he every inform you of any of the titles of the Frankenstein and Marx brothers daybills?
Some rare John Wayne titles, and certainly desirable daybills displayed earlier on this thread. It is hard to pick a favourite from that batch.

Wonderful posters displayed in your man cave, and thanks for sharing them here with us.
I checked into the following image to find it is a wool felt flag souvenir, which I must say is very cool.
Curious to know the origins of the below white trousers.
