Where did you get Victoria... I had a resource that quoted Sydney.  However, guys it wouldn't surprise me if he was using an IP blocker anyway.

He doesn't speak outback...  I was considering that he my be using an IP blocker that allows you to choose which country the server is located.  This would also explain why IPs have been identified in two different cities in Australia.  He also set it up by showing daybills...
