Picked up a long daybill recently and on the back was the below.
Ah the good old days when you just needed the name and the town

We STILL have some customers (mostly in Scotland and remote parts of Australia) where their addresses are a name for their place, like "John Smith, Knoydart, The Highlands, Scotland" (not a real customer!).

Our automated computer system has a problem with addresses like that, and I imagine one day they will be gone.
