    well early to mid 40's was my first guess, let's say 1944? If anything the full bleed just slightly earlier that same  year?

    Before I reply fully I would to know the printer's name appearing on Rick's image. Is it Simmons or another printer ?

    @Hondo I read Ricks as Victory Publicity Litho. 
    O.k. then, yours is a full bleed 1940's re-release poster and Rick's is a 1953 official re-release daybill poster. Victory Publicity also printed the King Kong ( with borders ) 1953 official re-release version as well.
