Assuming it is a long daybill, it would have to be somewhere close to 1936 - similar to the one below.
The RKO daybill Ves is querying is definately from the first release in Australian cinemas in 1935, This information sighted off numerous Australian newspaper classifided advertisements from 1935.
The above film The Country Doctor is a full length feature that followed in 1936 when the quintuplets were a little older.

Although note that the poster says "..day in the lives" and online references that I found say "...day in the life..."
