Lawrence, on musicals, that's awfully broad. I might do a week of 1930s musicals, followed by 1940s, 1950s and 1960s.

Mark, on WWII, I would prefer to do one week of the European ones followed by a week of the Pacific ones.

I have voted. A difficult choice but I had to vote for the one that is my favorite western of all time.

Not to take away from The Searchers, but I think Rio Bravo is a virtually perfect movie. I have shown it or recommend it to dozens of people over the years and I have not had one person not really like it!

Agreed, Rio Bravo with its music, characters, pacing, Hawks direction is near perfect. I may be in agreement with Lawrence as it's my favorite Western. Seen it around 2 dozen +...
