    Correct. Death Watch was originally released in 1980, and I had also previously read that the film fared pootly at the box office.

    It certainlly is Robinson Crusoe on Mars ( 1964 ).  The film is a retelling of the classisic Robinson Crusoe novel that was originally written by Daniel Defoe and published in 1719.

    Correct and well done. Most Dangerous Man Alive was originally released in 1961,

    Made in 1958 but not released until 1961 because of the financial failure of producer Benedict Bogeaus' original distributor, RKO. Bogeaus sat on the film for three years until he was able to sell it to Columbia for a flat fee in 1961.( IMDb )

    The two novels by Edwin Balmer are imaginative and wonderful classics from sf golden age (1933).  Highly recommended reading.

    Correct. It is indeed also When Worlds Collide. I had thought that both images were excellent. I was unsertain as to which one to use so decided to include them together in the one grouping and see what would happen.

    Correct. 20th Century Fox later on had considered doing a remake of this film, but it never eventuated.
