Hey all, this is quite an old thread now, but I have just had the opportunity to read it and may have something to add, or at least pose as another question?
It looks like NZ at least received US 1 Sheets, Style B's, for their orig…Thanks. I will keep looking. Who knows, maybe I'll have some luck finding an image somewhere around the initial release date that shows one of the first two posters to reveal which one came first :-) Will keep my eye out.
