Nice Rock! The detail on Hot Rod Race is really cool! and those Tim Burton’s ( most of the artwork I’ve never been a fan of) are really nice! Liking Stain Boy-really cute-like the washed out water-color look!
Looking forward to the … -
Nice snag! That one certainly on my list and one of these days.

Jumping forward to 1948. Quasi-documentary.
Very good movie, great looking poster, Argentinian.
Lee J. Cobb shines as well.

Thanks Matt! It’s a great looking poster! Now I just have to execute the colors missing on the bottom. ....here’s hoping!

Up next! This Mickey Rooney piece, which looks fine, but actually has completely separated at the top full line and has been taped on the back side. This one certainly will be a lot of fun!

The wash went well, the missing pieces areas were taped off, paper infill was put in place, now it’s ready to be burnished, and the bottom orange piece painted in.

Thanks Rock and Ves! There are two areas that will require pieces of paper infill, and a little bit of touchup on the black lettering and then be ready to be cut down.
Here’s another project I’m close to finishing. It had a tear in … -

Rock! You’ve been holding out on us! Agreed—-a very enjoyable thread, with sweet paper!
But for God’s sake! get that 1956 Chevrolet poster out of your garage folded up and tucked away! Don’t let it deteriorate in the garage! Love… -
I came into the poster world a tad late but Stewart Boyle sounds like a very nice person. Hoping his family and close friends are comforted during this time.
As for those who care for dementia patients, I can tell you first hand, he must…Great stuff, Bruce. Thanks for taking the time to be so detailed. I pretty much knew you had a comparable scale which took into account poster “type†but hadn’t thought about those defects, which are more “permanent†or easily “fixable Indeed! Happy Birthday, you crazy VMPF’ers! ??????
Sky Captain is awesome! Very cool! As for Reckless Age....show off!.... in Rockabilly's Poster Framing Exploits Comment by Eisenhower April 2020
Those will look fantastic when matted and framed!great stuff, Bob! That Tom Mix poster has me thinkin....where can i find one! Love the Westerns! Keep'em coming!I like the smaller rating version. It seems to fill the empty white space. It gives the warning w/o intruding into the artwork.Great additions, Rock! The Hell's Highway is wonderful with the fifties auto's and the UK 1 sht with it's color and artwork are first rate! The collection is growing!Damn! Really nice stuff, Rock! That Genevieve is sublime! You've got the mad-framing skills for sure!
And the Hot Spot turned out really nice! A good call on folding back, modern take on "film noir"!Newman....classic.
A favorite.Arizona has increasing numbers, both in deaths and cases reported. No real numbers of those recovered. But as we all read, and see, those in the 70+ age range and those with previous/current health issues in the most acute range. Scary for those.Yeah, Awesome! My first thought was also, did he talk to Mel?!
Good one on the shopping cart, Lawrence!263-Run Silent, Run Deep?Chris- where to start?! Oasis, Two of a Kind, and No Way Out are exceptional! But The Big Clock is stupendous! It’s great competition with the US 1Sht! All nice!
Charlie-really liking Once Upon and Jojo Rabbit (fingers) is really cool!Hey all-glad to hear all are doing relatively well. Here in Arizona, all schools and most businesses are closed. As a teacher I am fortunate to be able to WFH and still receive my salary. And much of my pay for my part-time job as well.
Thanks much guys-i thought 2020 would be less distracting than 2019, but alas....

Great paper Rock!
….Fast Company, Hat Check Honey & Jamboree are very cool as is the Betty Paige, but Secret Agent X-9 is outta this world! Great looking poster with the car and minimal colors!
agreed. looks pretty normal, even professionals will admit that completely covering fold lines is nearly impossible. I remember the Yoda stating once, replicating "printer's jet black" is unlikely. And with all the negative space on the Doors poster…
