Well, this is a bit of a conundrum.
That pic led me to the film I suspected, though I don't recall seeing that image in either the movie or its advertising.
I dug deeper and found that it is actually Prometheus fan-art (?)

Sounds like you have quite a bit of buried treasure there -- I've heard of the 1913 Werewolf short and Baggot's Jekyll and Hyde. Never seen either.
