  • The answer for 344, unless forthcoming soon, will be revealed by me tomorrow.
  • As no one has submitted the answer for 344, I will now reveal the film in question to be The Burning from 1981.

  •  345 346

Good one and without a clue to assist. The Others from 2001. I like the different style artwork used for the following poster.

  • To be honest, Kidman carrying the lantern and the scene you used are the only two bits from the film promos I remember.  Never seen it :)

But that is all that you needed to come up with the answer.

Keep thinking then. A clue is a remake of this film was made some decades later.
  • A further clue for 345 is 1980s.

    My Bloody Valentine?
Yes indeed 345 is the original 1981 version of My Bloody Valentine. I thought the Canada clue would do it, and three minutes later It was promptly proved to be the case. The film was remade and released in 2009 as My Bloody Valentine 3D.

  •  347 348
Let us now see how these two new images will fare,
  • 347- eyes without a face

  • Correct  and Eyes Without A Face is a French film from 1960. Well done and answered in two minutes beating your last answer to My Bloody Valentinr which was answered in three minutes.

This film is currently being screened on Foxtell in Australia on a new introduced channel that screens only offbeat films and non commercial films. I have recorded it and hope to view it soon.

  • I watched it last week on apple/itunes. I would like to get the 4K version though.
  • A 348 clue is firstly a very successful stage production, then a British television film that was followed many decades later by the theatrical film included here to be answered.
  • Another clue for 348 is ghostly.
  • A final clue for 348 is gained fame in the first film in a series of very popular films
  • Some good clues were provided for the yet unanswered 348.
  • Ah! Finally got 348 - in my mind I was thinking The Woman In White...but that got me nowhere with searches, so then found The Woman In Black (2013).  All the clues were there!

Correct and well done. 2012 was actually the release date of the film.

I saw an excellent stage play version in Sydney in 1991 which starred famed British film actor Richard Todd. The Woman in Black is the second longest running non-musical play in West End London history, after The Mousetrap, playing between 1989 and the 4th of March 2023 with 13,232 performances given.
