Re: Hondo's This And That
I have picked up a few collections in recent weeks that have daybills that I have never seen before. Here is one of them

Re: The Comedy Quiz
THE C1 answer is certainly correct. Well done, Animal Crackers from 1930. Sorry I didn't realise that this was your plan.jayn_j said:Animal Crackers. Thought was to let others find it.
I viewed this film at a one night only screening in Canberra ACT in the 1970s. It wasn't screened in a conventional cinema and on 16mm. where it played to a packed enthusiastic audience.

Re: The Comedy Quiz
For c1. I bought a Magnavox LaserDisc player the first morning they went on sale. This was one of the first 3 disc's I bought with it.

Re: Rare Australian Posters Of Australian Films
I had the blue background Come Up Smiling daybill many moons ago, it was poorer than the above image, with the blank top roughly torn off.

Hopefully there may be some more long stashed hordes of posters unearthed.
Re: War Movies Quiz
I do intend to rest this quiz and replace it with a new quiz shortly.
The new quiz will be titled The Comedy Quiz.
