Listing on emp says mailed out, so I must be getting confused.
I was told that initially the film had a small release, and these were produced to promote the screenings around Sydney.

Interesting...I dont recall seeing another example. The closest I can recall is the rated M version of Saturday Night Fever...we got the R rated version and then the M rated. -
