Thanks all, I nearly got that 'Yesterday's Wife' 6 Sheet on EMP the other day Ves, sadly I miscalculated the end of the auction! It appeared to be the same example that sold a couple of years ago, I'm guessing the backing/restoration costs put them …

(Quote) It sure is Matt. I sold the daybill some years ago, rather have this artwork on a larger scale. Now if only there was an Aussie 3 Sheet
Looking good Mark, I'll ship my bits (and yours) later this week. I'll go for the snail mail method, so you should just get it in time for your September preferred start date.(Quote) Just some blue tac marks to cover when backed. It's off to Studio C with the Psycho next week.(Quote) Thanks Lawrence, I think AOF is one of the few B&W early films to use Hawker Hurricanes as opposed to Spitfires.Definitely think displaying some 'as found' would be make for a great focal point in the new theatre and for those you intend restoring (either in the States or by Dario in Canada) if it were me I'd be packing them in a protective case and deliverin…Finally snared one of these before the prices got 'too' silly (not the one from HA or eBay the other day) and with that my Star Wars poster collecting (post linen backing) is over. Got all the one sheets, Daybills, Quads and 3 sheets I ever wanted. …(Quote) Absolutely stunning, definately worth continuing. Great job guys and loving W.Matilda!!! I thought Ves's second born would be on the table for one of thosein My fave find! Comment by Wil August 2018
You guys reckon this house was previously owned by a printer? A few of them appear to be uncut multiples on the same sheets (such as Sky Devils), If so I'd be stripping any rooms not already renovated!
Oh my F***ing god!! Sky Devils is stunning!!
I can see this thread being heavily lurked
Well done Matt, I've seen the movie about women working in the factories etc. but couldn't remember the name or year.I can't find much on this title "Sunk" but it appears to be an episode from season 1 of The Ford Television Theatre from 1952.

I don't suppose 194 is a colourised lobby for A Town Like Alice?
The male, although hard to see resembles Peter Finch a tad.(Quote) Just a tad!
She's also never seen the Movie, so she's up for a screening tonight.
I've sold it as a love story, which to be honest it is of sorts. Just a tale of a guy who really loves his mother, possibly a little too much.(Quote) Really? I heard about it by pure chance, never saw it advertised anywhere, I don't feel so bad now for the mrs.
More so for myself that now I need to replicate an equally expensive present!in Australian 3 Sheets Comment by Wil August 2018
Thanks Ves, it'll certainly take centre stage in the lounge post backing by Studio C.Thanks for the explanation Lawrence, it did seem odd that this was added. But certainly makes it stand out as unique.@Brett Hi Brett, I didn't hear back so I'm assuming you've sussed it out (do not use NZ for conservation/backing if you value your collection and sanity) on your own…(Quote) Mad?
