Strange they would use yellow instead o0f orange, but then yellow seems to be a popular tone in aussie posters
I quite like the red, though i usually find Marchant posters less attractive.
Rio Bravo is a shocker
wow, that is one stock poster i would like.
is the A covering something?
What a great collection!
Lawrence, thanks for the info about Women and the double-bill. I had no idea about that one - thought it would have been earlier than the 70s but I really appreciate the details. Yes, both were new to my eyes.
Thanks for all the responses. I should have thought of adding the Blazing Saddles variations. I have three different styles of the one-sheet as well.
From Russia with love DB just sold on eBay for $5300...wish i had one or two.
(Quote) not $12,500! That's about 10,000 more than I've ever paid for a poster
I'd guess it around $6-$8000. It would probably have risen since selling in 2013.
What do you think is a more realistic price?
I've got a couple of those laminated daybills in non-laminated form.
Wow, amazing interest. Of the top selling items, only really Blues Brothers appeals to me.
I think the two video posters are the best of the lot!
I'm going to be in Tyabb this weekend! Nice to have freedom to move again
I didn't know there were two. The one on the right looks a bit better. I have the left version; not the best poster.i might have a spare Jaws 2, i can check if you're still looking.
New to me too, Pancho.
good one Mark. If you find another better copy, happy with to take this one off your hands
and the daybills listed seem to be all inserts. Nothing to attract a bid from me.
small but fantasticThey are all new to my eyes, and i would be keen to bu them if you want to sell. I would imagine the Abbott and Costello would be the most valuable, despite its poor condition. The John Wayne is one of his lesser titles but still he's a big name and…Interesting, thanks Lawrence
Stunningvery nice, thanks for sharing
