The printer has to pay the person to put 2 snipes on instead on of 1. And print those snipes. They want to make money (the printer) I don't see why they'd do that. Without payment to do so?

My only guess is that both snipes covered something. Bottom right obviously the Aussie rating and the top, maybe it was rated with a stamp then later revised with a snipe? A scene or two deleted maybe?
