I had 14 day returns, which I thought was reasonable. 30 days has more chance of someone spotting the same poster for less and then returning it.
When all is said & done, ebay, like all massive corporations, is only interested in their bot… -
I've never had anyone return an item, so probably no difference to me. I just find ebay's "we're doing you a favour because we know better" attitude offensive.

Ebay now dictating return policy to all sellers. 30 day returns on all items. Change of mind etc all accepted automatically. They even have a guide so you can offer partial refunds on items that are returned damaged!!

Ebay - absolutely useless.
