Here is one of the missing posters from your list ....

I wonder how successful they were.Very interesting Lawrence and I am now convinced that the poster is indeed for Australia Calls (1923).(Quote) Re your comment about "poetic licence", they refer to it in one of the articles as using "various embellishments" to attract migrants hence the obligatory koala, kookaburra, etc on the poster.

Some additional thoughts
Firstly, the lack of credits on the poster is most likely because the bottom section of the 3 sheet is missing.
Secondly, there is a review on imdb from someone who saw parts…(Quote) I will be interested in your thoughts about it. I am only guessing as to its origin.(Quote) Not a lobby card. That is a herald with front and back pictured.Someone had to carefully black out offending text or images on every poster before distribution to cinemas. Seems like a very time consuming process.The words "To a Man" on the Trapp Family daybill were considered too shocking for NZ audiences!Thats a rare one!It would be great to see a list of all the IFD / RFD / Regent distribution films. I'm sure I have a lot of images but I would need to cross check against a list.There is a photo of most of the actors who played Tarzan all pictured together. I think it was taken with Merv Griffen but havent been able to find it. It would be good if someone could post the photo here.No way Johnny Weissmuller was the original Tarzan. He emigrated to Sydney after being a conscientious objector when war broke out.

Thanks for showing the trade ad, Lawrence. Another Hitchcock film, Sabotage, had a working title of The Hidden Power. I have a trade ad showing the working title for that and will load an image here.Back in the 80s and 90s there were two major dealers in Australia. Moviola were based in Melbourne with a shop in Little Collins St and Stars Rock and Movie Posters had 4 retail outlets at one stage in Sydney. They both had access to the distributor…
