The combined shipping issue has been going on for years. Of course, the so called glitch works in ebays favour because they take a cut out of each shipping cost.

Its hard to say for sure but I have never seen any daybills for In the Navy before. Have you ever come across anything? It is printed by Marchant so the time frame is right.
