It was great to see the Rats of Tobruk Daybill above in front of cinema with soldiers. I know its not a poster, but I have a picture in my collection of Forty Thousand Horsemen advertised in Singapore in June/July 1941 at the Capitol Threatre. The picture was taken by a soldier.

Another daybill located for an Australian Eric Dare release of The Cat And The Canaty from 1978, This film was submitted to the Australian censor by The House Of Dare.

Well remembered Ves. The correct film, but it isn't Constance Bennet that we are after.
Service de Luxe marked the film debut (and in a major role) of Vincent Price in 1938. The actress we are after though is Joy Hodges, a supporting actress in the film. as seen below with Vincent and Mischa Auer.

Previously included on the forum's 24 Sheet Billboard Posters thread by Matt in June 2015 , the following The Rats Of Tobruk 24 sheet poster I thought needs to be included here now as well. The image sourced from a DVD photo feature section. Ric doesn't know the date of when this photograph was taken, or the theatre venue, but one would think it has to be circa 1944.

The final three unanswered images reveal.
The Eternal Sea (1955.) A Republic Pictures film that was released in Australia by 20th Century Fox. Sterling Hayden and Alexis Smith featured in the image.
Sierra Baron ) (1958). My clue referred to one of the film's cast members Rick Jason and hit long running television series Combat! (1962-1967). Rick Jason and Mala Powers appeared in the image.
Blue Denim aka Blue Jean (1959). My clue was referring to Shane come back! which were the words that were spoken by Brandon de Wilde's character Joey during the final scene in Shane (1953). Brandon de Wilde and Carol Lynley were featured in the earlier posted image.

I am pleased that you liked Crossfire Ves. Seeing how much you enjoyed Robert Young's performance in this film I thought I would inform you that there is another film noir that he starred in titled They Won't Forget from the same year 1947. I do recommend this film as well as you would most likely also enjoy it.
