Yes It certainly is the correct answer for C28, Jerry Lewis's first sole film role after his film association with Dean Martin came to an end.

Not the film we are after, but you are certainly on the right track.

That clue did it.  I'll give Peter first shot since he is right there.

I've checked and it certainly looks like his signature, and it came from a long time collector who had other autographed pieces in his collection, so perhaps he forgot he had it? I'll never know, but if I ever sell it I'll say it's  genuine!

For those perhaps wondering about my given clue of future Hammer, it referred to Peter Cushing appearing in the film playing a small roll of a student. This was during his early film acting period that he had spent working in the U.S.A.
