The Silence Of Dean Mailland 1934 sound film version has been covered here in the past by me in January 2024.
Prior to this version being released there was an earlier silent film version of The Silence Of Dean Maitland released in 1914. Unlike the later released 1934 film version where images showing what numerous film poster sizes look like are available to view, this is not the case with the 1914 release.
The following daybill poster image is extremely rare and the only located poster image known to me to exist for this film's release. The film itself isn't known to exist today.

The two cinemas I referred to are major chain Greater Union Event cinemas, I am thinking then that the local independent cinemas would now be the main purchases of the printed paper posters.
